Join us for a group fitness experience led by a physical therapist!

 

This dynamic class combines targeted stretching, strengthening, stabilization, balance, and agility exercises tailored to you.

This class is truly all levels. All exercises will be reviewed prior to the start of class with emphasis on good form and include variations of each exercise to ensure there is a version that you are comfortable with and meets your fitness level.

  • New to exercise

  • Looking to restart a fitness program

  • Fitness enthusiasts looking for something new

  • Looking for an accountability partner

  • Training for a 2026 event

  • Anyone who wants to move their body, meet new people and have fun!

Class is 60 min and suitable for all levels.

$20/class payable via cash, Venmo, check, credit card
