Step into a haven of serenity as you join us for a nurturing journey through mindful movement and breath. In our All Levels Yoga Class, we prioritize self-care and relaxation, creating a space where every participant can find peace and harmony within.
Led by Julia Klubuk, you'll be guided through gentle stretches, soothing poses, and calming breathing exercises, designed to release tension, restore balance, and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit.
Whether you're working on perfecting your alignment, building strength and flexibility, or simply seeking a moment of mindfulness in your busy day, this class has something for everyone. With modifications and variations offered throughout, you'll feel supported and empowered to embrace your unique yoga journey.

Meet Julia!
Certified Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness and Meditation teacher, Reiki practitioner.
Born and raised in Ukraine, Julia moved to Cape Cod in 2012. She started teaching yoga in 2017 after graduating from her 200 hours teacher training at Kind Yoga School. Julia currently has a total of 500 hours RYT and continues to find joy in teaching the basics to new yogis while diving into the deep end with individuals seeking a more rigorous connection to the spiritual practice. She is a certified meditation teacher and also certified in Reiki level 2.
Julia understands the importance of movement as well as the need for mindfulness in life. She balances the two perfectly as a meditation and yoga instructor where she delights in helping others reach their goals and improve their health and wellness. This allows her to unite her two passions – mindfulness/yoga and athletic performance.
Julia has a passion for cycling and feels extremely grateful for the beauty of Cape Cod to live and grow here. She also enjoys snowboarding and hiking in the mountains.
Julia’s classes and workshops have been described as fun and nurturing. She
encourages her students to listen to their bodies, be curious with their yoga practice and challenge themselves in safe and supportive ways.
